We developed a customer management system that centralizes customer information, interaction history, and transaction status. By aggregating and visualizing this data, the system helps teams handle sales activities and customer support more smoothly while promoting standardized operations.

We developed a supplier management system for manufacturers to centrally manage supplier information and transaction status. The system organizes master data, contract status, and transaction history to reduce manual confirmation work for procurement teams.

We developed a production management system for the semiconductor industry that manages equipment and lot progress. By visualizing each stage of the manufacturing process, the system supports better operational efficiency, optimized production workflows, faster decisions on the floor, and more accurate progress control.

We supported a major entertainment company by establishing management processes for digital assets, including NFTs, and by assisting with rights protection for content on video-sharing platforms. We organized operational design and response flows to reduce infringement risk and built a framework that can be operated continuously.

We provided technical consulting on copyright management for a major entertainment company. From a rights protection perspective, we helped review operational flows, management structures, and technical countermeasures, supporting the design of a practical management process.

In collaboration with Japanese companies, we promoted initiatives in India related to establishing an animation studio and training animators. By advancing production structure development and talent cultivation in parallel, we supported the creation of a sustainable local production foundation. This is an international, high-growth project aimed at the future development of the content industry.

Continuing from last year, while maintaining and operating the system, we have also improved its functionality, and it is now being deployed to other companies as well.A major enhancement is the addition of a feature that enables cross-departmental collaboration—from administrators to field workers—within the system. This allows for integrated management of issue reporting, notifications, dispatch requests, and status checks related to incidents occurring at power plants, in coordination with the remote monitoring team.

We have newly developed a performance-based recruitment platform for new graduates.On the employer side, companies can flexibly manage the hiring process through the admin dashboard. When the offer accepted flag is set, a notification is automatically sent to the student's smartphone app.

We provided DX (Digital Transformation) consulting for a major shipbuilding manufacturer, translating industry challenges and client requirements into system specifications, and carried out prototype development using an agile approach.Moving forward, we will proceed with the full-scale development of the product toward official implementation.

We enhanced the features of the news app for Hama Gakuen, a leading school known for its outstanding success rate in junior high school entrance exams.These improvements have made the app more user-friendly and convenient for both students attending Hama Gakuen and their parents.

Following last year, we once again created a special campaign website for a major entertainment company.We were involved from the planning stage and took full responsibility for design production, video content direction, website architecture and development, all the way through to launch—successfully delivering an effective promotional strategy.

We carefully listened to and interviewed the company to capture its appeal and workplace atmosphere, then planned and created a new recruitment page using photographs and interview content.After the page was launched, it received a positive response from job seekers and led to the successful hiring of three candidates, delivering tangible results.

To enhance communication with users of the social welfare corporation, their families, and local residents,we reorganized the facility and service information in a clear, accessible manner and implemented a CMS that allows staff members to easily update daily announcements and event information.

We have developed a pearl auction system for global traders. It allows for detailed bid management tailored to international audiences and is designed to withstand high traffic just before auctions close. The system supports multiple languages: English, Chinese (Traditional/Simplified), and Japanese.

Fully renovated an online salon system previously only targeted at the domestic market to enable its expansion overseas. By systematizing processes that were manually handled in a rather ad-hoc manner till now, we have achieved full automation from submitting application to salon opening.

Developed a native app with a mechanism that awards stamps with each event occurrence to optimize customer acquisition. The app includes entertainment elements, such as an animation roulette that varies the number of stamps awarded.

Developed a management system to ensure that the value and brand of our customers' assets, NFTs, are not compromised in NFT trading markets like OpenSea and Rarible. The system allows for the monitoring and management of NFTs within various markets through API integration.

Creating localized avatars was challenging since the output depends on the training material, even with accurate prompt input. However, adopting a global development approach has enabled the generation of AI avatars localized for various countries.

We handled the script, storyboard, line art, and coloring of Webtoons for the Japanese market with a team from South Korea, a leading country in Webtoon production.

Following last year's efforts, we worked on the production of Season 2 for a robot-themed comic project with a multinational team from Canada, Hong Kong, and Japan, covering everything from comics to merchandising.

As part of the digital transformation, we implemented a process to centralize and utilize data from multiple different sources, thereby enhancing the value of the data. We have built a platform that enables artists to generate and sell NFT content. We adopted Polygon (MATIC), which can keep the gas cost lower than Ethereum, for implementation.In addition, we are handling the operation of official SNS accounts for artists.

We localized (translated, edited, and optimized) vertical reading comics from Korea and released them to the Japanese market.We have technology to optimize traditional horizontal reading comics to vertical reading, and support for multiple languages.

We have renewed the homepage of a nursery school that operates multiple facilities in Kansai. We also implemented comprehensive follow-ups such as optimization of recruitment from the homepage and operation on Instagram.

For Japanese online salon services, we implemented live broadcast functions and live commerce functions. It is linked with existing services and can be used on all platforms including Web (mobile browser/PC browser) and app (iOS/Android).

In partnership with a Japanese anime partner, we have made a comic about a story of humans and robots set in the metaverse, and we are simultaneously developing toys for each character with a toy development partner in the west.
