The world's population is projected to grow from 7.7 billion to 9.7 billion by 2050. As society becomes more diverse across nationalities, languages, and beliefs, people remain its greatest asset. Sho Hiramatsu

Sho Hiramatsu graduated from Kyoto University's Graduate School of Engineering. While at university, he joined an IT company one year after its founding and played a key role in establishing and managing its Indian subsidiary. He oversaw fundraising, legal affairs, finance, human resources, administration, and group-wide management, helping secure a total of JPY 1 billion in funding for the group. Since April 2014, he has served as Managing Director of Nihodo Media Pvt Ltd, which develops animation, comics, and other entertainment IP businesses in India following a merger with an Indian publishing company. From 2014 to 2015, he served as a lecturer and organizer for the Japan–India Content Seminar hosted by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). Three original animated titles have since aired on television in India, and adaptations of the company's original comics for television and film are now in development. After 14 years with the IT company, he left in autumn 2019. He now leads two companies in India, including Nihodo Media, while also serving as a representative of two companies in Japan. His work spans entertainment and technology across Japan, India, China, and Malaysia.
