We developed an O&M management system for the smart energy industry to streamline equipment operation and maintenance. The system centralizes inspection records, maintenance history, and operating status, enabling faster information sharing in the field and quicker maintenance responses.

We developed a system that uses AI to automatically inspect the content and quality of images contained in various reports. The solution checks image defects, readability, and consistency with defined standards, improving review efficiency and inspection accuracy.

For maritime operators and related stakeholders, we developed an inspection management system for equipment inspection records and an inventory management system that centralizes parts and spare stock information. The systems help replace paper-based inspection workflows, improve inventory visibility, and support DX in maritime operations.

We developed a candidate outreach feature for a major HR technology company. Recruiters can filter candidates, send personalized invitations, and track progress, improving recruitment speed and candidate engagement.

We developed a customer management system that centralizes customer information, interaction history, and transaction status. By aggregating and visualizing this data, the system helps teams handle sales activities and customer support more smoothly while promoting standardized operations.

We developed a supplier management system for manufacturers to centrally manage supplier information and transaction status. The system organizes master data, contract status, and transaction history to reduce manual confirmation work for procurement teams.

We developed a production management system for the semiconductor industry that manages equipment and lot progress. By visualizing each stage of the manufacturing process, the system supports better operational efficiency, optimized production workflows, faster decisions on the floor, and more accurate progress control.

We supported a major entertainment company by establishing management processes for digital assets, including NFTs, and by assisting with rights protection for content on video-sharing platforms. We organized operational design and response flows to reduce infringement risk and built a framework that can be operated continuously.

We provided technical consulting on copyright management for a major entertainment company. From a rights protection perspective, we helped review operational flows, management structures, and technical countermeasures, supporting the design of a practical management process.

In collaboration with Japanese companies, we promoted initiatives in India related to establishing an animation studio and training animators. By advancing production structure development and talent cultivation in parallel, we supported the creation of a sustainable local production foundation. This is an international, high-growth project aimed at the future development of the content industry.

Alongside ongoing system operations and maintenance, we improved the product and began deploying it to additional companies. A major enhancement enables cross-departmental collaboration between administrators, field workers, and remote monitoring teams, centralizing incident reports, notifications, dispatch requests, and status updates for power plants.

We developed a performance-based recruitment platform for new graduates. Employers can manage each stage of the hiring process through an administrative dashboard, and the system automatically notifies a candidate's mobile app when an offer is confirmed.

We provided digital transformation consulting for a major ship-equipment manufacturer, translating industry challenges and client requirements into system specifications and developing an agile prototype. The project is now progressing toward full-scale implementation.

We enhanced the news app used by Hama Gakuen, a leading preparatory school for junior high school entrance exams. The improvements made the app smoother and more convenient for both students and their parents.

For the second consecutive year, we created a campaign website for a major entertainment company. From initial planning through launch, we handled design, video direction, information architecture, and development to deliver an effective promotional experience.

Through interviews, we captured the company's strengths and workplace culture, then planned and produced a recruitment page using original photography and employee stories. The page received a positive response from job seekers and contributed to three successful hires.

To enhance communication with users of the social welfare corporation, their families, and local residents,we reorganized the facility and service information in a clear, accessible manner and implemented a CMS that allows staff members to easily update daily announcements and event information.

We joined the project during the planning and story-development phase of a full-color comic, handling worldbuilding, scriptwriting, character design, storyboards, illustration, coloring, and finishing. Teams in Japan, Canada, and India collaborated to complete all 10 episodes of the second season.

Specialist teams in Japan collaborated on scripts, storyboards, line art, and coloring to produce more than 40 episodes in one year. The series began distribution on vertical-scroll comic platforms in Japan and South Korea in summer 2024.

To enhance the credibility of official NFT content projects and foster a more active secondary market,we implemented detection of unauthorized reproduction of digital assets to help establish a trustworthy and secure distribution environment.

We provided consulting to strengthen digital content security for an entertainment company. Our work included assessing risks such as copyright infringement and unauthorized downloads and recommending appropriate countermeasures.

In collaboration with a major Japanese animation studio, we are exploring studio establishment and production partnerships in India and Southeast Asia. We support collaboration with local partners and help address practical operational challenges.

We have developed an O&M management system tailored for a solar power O&M company. This system enables the visualization of progress and tasks for all related companies, allowing for seamless management from report submission and approval to invoice and statement issuance.

We have developed a pearl auction system for global traders. It allows for detailed bid management tailored to international audiences and is designed to withstand high traffic just before auctions close. The system supports multiple languages: English, Chinese (Traditional/Simplified), and Japanese.

We completely rebuilt an online community platform originally designed only for Japan to support international expansion. By systematizing previously manual processes, we automated the entire workflow from application submission to community launch.

Developed a native app with a mechanism that awards stamps with each event occurrence to optimize customer acquisition. The app includes entertainment elements, such as an animation roulette that varies the number of stamps awarded.

Developed a management system to ensure that the value and brand of our customers' assets, NFTs, are not compromised in NFT trading markets like OpenSea and Rarible. The system allows for the monitoring and management of NFTs within various markets through API integration.

Creating localized avatars was challenging since the output depends on the training material, even with accurate prompt input. However, adopting a global development approach has enabled the generation of AI avatars localized for various countries.

We handled the script, storyboard, line art, and coloring of Webtoons for the Japanese market with a team from South Korea, a leading country in Webtoon production.

Following last year's efforts, we worked on the production of Season 2 for a robot-themed comic project with a multinational team from Canada, Hong Kong, and Japan, covering everything from comics to merchandising.

Developed a man-hour management web app optimized for remote work for small teams. It integrates with business chat tools, allowing employees to input their hours directly from the chat app without needing a system login.

Provided various services for a foster parent support center operated by a social welfare corporation, including landing page creation, logo design, and the design of pamphlets and cutting sheets for use in facilities.

Managed the planning, requirement definition, implementation, and release of a campaign landing page for entertainment companies, completing the project in three weeks.

We localized an online community platform with integrated live streaming for Southeast Asian markets. A major music label adopted the service, which launched first in Malaysia with plans to expand into Indonesia and other countries in the region.

As part of the digital transformation, we implemented a process to centralize and utilize data from multiple different sources, thereby enhancing the value of the data. As a result, it has become possible to visualize and analyze the information necessary for decision making in the management, sales, and executive departments.

We built a platform that enables artists to create and sell NFT content. The platform uses Polygon (MATIC), which offers lower transaction fees than Ethereum. We also manage official social media accounts for participating artists.

Together with partners in Japan, Hong Kong, and Canada, we established an end-to-end production framework covering content planning, comic production, and merchandising. A second season of the project has already been approved.

We localized Korean vertical-scroll comics for the Japanese market through translation, editing, and format optimization. Our technology can also convert traditional horizontal comics into a vertical-scroll format and supports multilingual distribution.

We provided consulting services to game companies, reporting on overseas market trends and providing technical advice on implementation.

Continuing from last year, we are handling the design, sample production, mass production, inspection, and import procedures of promotional wear for domestic campaigns So far, we have manufactured and imported about 100,000 pieces domestically.

We have renewed the homepage of a nursery school that operates multiple facilities in Kansai. We also implemented comprehensive follow-ups such as optimization of recruitment from the homepage and operation on Instagram.

We added live-streaming and live-commerce features to a Japanese online community service. Integrated with the existing platform, the features work across mobile and desktop browsers as well as iOS and Android apps.

In partnership with a Japanese anime partner, we have made a comic about a story of humans and robots set in the metaverse, and we are simultaneously developing toys for each character with a toy development partner in the west.

We produced an anime movie for the Japanese market in collaboration with India. It was released in the fall of 2021 and has become a topic of discussion in various media.

We developed, operated, and maintained a student café platform that connects students with companies, adding features to meet needs that emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are managing the operation of popular games with a total of more than 200 million downloads. We provide operation support in various tasks such as operation management necessary for localization (multi-language, debugging, customer service, SNS operation).

We handle everything from design, sample production, mass production, inspection, and import procedures for promotional underwear for domestic campaigns. To date, we have produced and imported approximately 100,000 pieces.

We have created a bridal information portal site, which is the first for Cambodians. The bridal-related market in Cambodia is still a growth field, and the site is designed with future demand expansion in mind.

Serving as the hub between Indian and Japanese animation studios, we managed the budgeting, structure, progress, scheduling, etc., of animation production for the Japanese market

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we provided medium-term introduction support for a customized virtual office service (oVice) for hosting online events to major entertainment companies.

We have built and operate an e-commerce platform that sells antiques and flea market products purchased and imported from brokers in the Netherlands, France, and other countries.

We redesigned the corporate website of a manufacturer specializing in cast-metal products. Our in-house team handled video planning, filming and editing, website development and operations, and multilingual content in Japanese, English, and Chinese.

In conjunction with the Japanese expansion of a Chinese app game, we proposed a collaborative plan with a large IP for major game companies and signed an introduction contract.

We collaborated with a domestic animation studio to provided support for game voice-over dubbing and localization for an overseas app game.
